Recipes often reference products, kitchen tools, or other food blogs. Clicking a third-party link takes you to a site we don’t control.

7. Affiliate & Sponsored Content

Occasionally we recommend products we genuinely use.

  • Small-claims or court: If we can’t settle, either party may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and both parties waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue.

  • Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right in the future.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll:

Continuing to use the Site after the new Terms take effect means you agree to the revised version.
