Ingredients

1 cup salted butter, melted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 28 whole graham crackers)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 ¼ cups peanut butter, divided

1 ½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining ¼ cup of peanut butter with the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

4. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the base layer in the pan, spreading it evenly to cover.

5. Refrigerate the bars for at least one hour to allow them to set before slicing and serving.
